My partners and I are developing a Smart lock for European hosts. The package will also include an intercom solution (if needed) and key cards that may be kept in the rental as a back up (in case your guest’s phone battery dies). We are creating this specifically for hosts on platforms such as Airbnb as we know what a hassle the key exchange system can be. I am looking to have 15-20 minute Skype conversations with hosts and am willing to pay for the privilege. So, if anyone is interested please reply here and let’s see if we can sort something out
