We told them today, so we will wait two more days to see is that going to happen again. I assume if it does that we have to report them.
Just thinking if that happen again (hopefully it will not) is it better to report them straight away or when they check out?

I think it is completely futile to report any thing to Airbnb at this time!
They have removed about 2000 staff. They aren’t responding to important things in a timely manner. I think your report will disappear into a black hole…
If they continue to break the Covid rules and regulations, you might want to consider trying to boot them out. I’m not sure of your local regulations, but in my city we are responsible for the guests’ adhering to the Covid rules. Also, we have a multi-family residence and so they would be endangering us as well as tenants and I might ask them to go.
Whatever you do, make sure you mention these issues in their review please!
