How about license for short term rent in Miami- Dade county. Somebody get it?

You guys need a license over on that coast??? Don’t give Lee County any ideas!!!

Yes Ken, Lee County is part of Florida too. By the low, we must get Vacation Rental or Timeshare Project License from State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The application form is on their website.

I haven’t heard anything about North Miami Beach. I’ve only seen and heard deactivations occurring in Miami & Miami Beach specifically.
