I find this very confusing. Can they bring in visitors, or do you only allow registered guests to be in the home? And what do you consider a “short visit”? You may want to clarify that.
Good point. I can add “short visits no longer than 2 hours” or something like that. I don’t want to be a total stickler if someone is “stopping by” to say hello. I think the “use” of the home is explanatory. I don’t want unregistered guests using the kitchen, bedrooms, towels, etc. Honestly it sucks that I have to be this specific. I think my older guests are better than the young group I got that caused problems but it sounds like others have had issues with older visitors.
I don’t think it’s self-explanatory, which is why I made my previous comment. 
Maybe you could say “use of amenities (beds, linens, kitchen, etc.)” or something to make that clearer for guests?
