@auztin Thanks for the update! I didn’t post but have been lurking, waiting to see what happened! You are right - especially as a host she should know their behavior was unacceptable. As a dog owner she should be ashamed! So glad you cared for the puppy and saw the blame where it belonged on the guest.
Are you making a claim for additional cleaning? Hopefully the cancellation was done by Airbnb - not you. Push for clarification on that in writing to preserve your status.
