I had a guest leave a huge woollen shawl behind, we used Paypal and I sent it back to her. Once your guest has arrived, you should have each others phone numbers and emails. This guest just called me and we handled it. I currently have what I assume is a fairly expensive Barbour jacket that my guest left last week. But she has not contacted me about it, and until she does it will remain hanging in my closet. If she wants it back, she can call me.

Send it FOB which means free on board and they have to pay the postage when they pick it up at the post office
Sounds interesting. However, I don’t think FOB parcel service is available at the German post office, and that’s where I live.
