San Francisco - Has anyone registered with the city, gotten insurance

and fulfilled the other requirements that will go into effect in February? I’m a new host and cursory inquiries at City Hall regarding this process have been confusing at best.

Does anyone know first steps?

You should also join this group in the airbnb dashboard. Peter, the moderator, does meetups and tons of community gatherings helping hosts through this process. He has been very involved in the SF Airbnb issue.
