How do you folks deal with / prevent reviews concerning items that are clearly not offered in your property description or amenities list?
If it is happening a lot then make some changes to your listing description to emphasize these details that seem to be concerning guests. If you choose to respond to the review, you can flatly state. Sorry, xx guest, but cable tv was not an amenity offered at this property.
But in actuality, I think it’s better to let these clods’ reviews scroll off the page as responding by the host only draws more attention to it.
