Responding to my first bad review

All good, this topic is always relevant :slight_smile: I did respond publicly and it felt great but I later regretted it. I had a few guests come and tell me that they almost didn’t book because of my response to that comment, I ended up reaching out to airbnb and they removed my response.

Good to know they will remove regretful responses. Was the response what @SandyToes suggested?
