Hi everyone!
My name is Kristen Swartz, a Research Analyst at Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business. I am conducting a research project with Dr. Scott Sonenshein (at Rice University) and Dr. Katy DeCelles (at University of Toronto).
Currently, we are in the process of interviewing people who are just starting out as Airbnb hosts (ideally, those who have not had any guests yet) in a shared space (those offering a room or a couch).
We would like to talk to you twice. The first interview would be before having a guest stay with you. The second interview would be after you have a guest stay with you . Each interview will last 30-40 minutes, and will take over the phone/ via Skype.
