We are longtime hosts. Can anyone recommend reliable website or resource for verifying if short term rentals are permitted in a municipality/city? I am checking with the city I am considering, but wanted to know if there is anywhere other investors turn to for verification? Thanks in advance and any feedback is appreciated.
I haven’t heard of such a site. What country are you in? The US has over 80,000 state, county and local governments and laws can change at anytime. Keeping up with such changes and making a reliable website for such information would probably be prohibitively difficult.
