Spreadsheets are not great for 40 properties. 
I am in Cape Town South Africa and looking at Xero if they operate in SA. I’ll check.
Are you familiar with https://bnbtally.com/airbnb/xero/integration $50 per month. They have API integration with Airbnb.
Or Cheaper https://www.bnbsync.io/ but I am not getting response from questions I asked. I get the idea the don’t have an API sync with Airbnb. You have to load a csv file. Not sure.
We are pretty useless when it gets to double entry kind of stuff. But the Admin is a killer the way we do it now.
Any suggestions would be great.
