We recently stayed at an Airbnb in Moab, Utah. One of the House Rules was that there would be a $50.00 charge for every piece of furniture that was in the wrong location after check out. In other words, if you move it put it back before you leave. Maybe consider adding a House Rule.
That might serve as a useful threat to unseasoned guests, but “house rules” are in any practical sense, unenforceable.
Besides, if guests keep moving the same pieces of furniture to the same places, then maybe it’s not the guests that need to think again.
Lastly, if you find yourself needing to write a “house rule” for everything undesirable that your guests do (e.g., “do not put empty liquor bottles into the pool”, “do not throw food at the TV”) then perhaps you’re not attracting the right type of guest in the first place (?)

That’s mostly just lazyness.
They do not wash the dishes until everything has been used, then have no clue where it belonged.
