Have any of you declared Real Estate Professional status with the IRS in order to deduct losses by proving that your time spent managing your AirBnB’s is not a “passive activity”? If so, I’d be interested to know what kind of documentation you do of the time spent managing your AirBnB’s. Thanks for any help you can be with this!
