Rash of 4 star review on multiple properties that historically get 5 stars

I’m suddenly seeing a rash of 4 star reviews - with great written reviews.

In addition to what others have already posted, there have been many similar topics that debate providing some type of description of the rating system.

Kind of upset over a 4 star rating---heard this one before?

We composed and framed these signs in all of our rentals in 5"x7" photo frames and also include it in our checkout email when we thank them and return their deposit. I don’t do this, but I do research the guests as best I can. I would think with those who are relatively new to AirBNB (I’m seeing a lot of those) it may be beneficial.
