Pricings on website keep changing

Hi,

Another question for you helpful hosties…when I enter Airbnb as a traveler and look at my listing the price that is listed changes when I actually click on my listing to go into it. I have also done the same on a friends property and when you first see their property it says $400 per night…but then when you click into their listing it reduces down to $271 per night…you can actually see the change.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or know why it happens?

I believe this happens if you have different prices for different days, or whether your searching for a single traveller or more, etc
