I had a man do that to me. Just shows up at 1 pm ish with 3 pm check in. I was literally finishing the room up and let him in but he gave me a 4 overall. I think he couldn’t believe I had the temerity to say to his face “check in is 3 pm.”

You can’t amend a review. Once it’s published editing is not allowed. The only thing someone can do is request a review or response they wrote to be removed.

I was very careful (with everyone’s input) to keep it factual but not overly detailed. I also didn’t respond to his 3 messages after the reviews went live. I want other hosts to know what it was like to host him.
