I hade a guest who forgot to return an item he had borrowed from the apartment when checking out.
Does Airbnb have a payment service for that?

I had a guest who forgot his iPad here, we agreed via AirBnB messenger he’d pay the postage, which I requested via Paypal. So I say go for it, but first agree with him in writing! Also, get yourself some deposit!!
If it is within 48 hours you can also mutually agree to use the deposit. I’ve had guests do this and then you don’t get a paypal ding.
