Although Air has basically been good to me, I’m considering other options to list with. Any input on costs, customer service (wouldn’t take much to beat Air!), bookings, etc would be appreciated. TIA!
What STRs listing companies are available depends on where you are located and what sort of property you have.
If you do a Google search for your type of listing in your area you will see which STR listing companies are advertising - some will be international and you may have some in-country ones too.
Airbnb has one of the lowest costs so expect to pay more in commission.
Bookings will depend on demand and supply for your type of listing in your area.
