NYC Oct 19-21 (2 nights) for FLA Beach House swap

My son is dying to see a NYC Broadway show from Oct 19-21. 2 nights. I own a gorgeous beach house in St Augustine Beach, FL. Sleeps 10 people. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, private pool, steps to the beach.

We are a family of 4 wanting a two night stay in NYC near Times Square/Broadway. Lets swap.

Why don’t you post on one of the host swop sites on FB @heidizfoster or just Airbnb your place while you are away and use the money to look for an STR in NYC.
