NOT surprising. Thank you for sharing it here. I am a NYC resident who is NOT a fan of Airbnb in my city. It has its place, but I want it limited and regulated. Fortunately, my law makers agree.

I agree it needs to be regulated and limited in most capital cities including London, Dublin, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Palma (which has banned Airbnb altogether) etc.
