Can someonw help me understand how the overall rating for one of our AirBnB’s is a 4.95 when all of the categories are higher? Check-in 4.99 Cleanliness 4.96 Accuracy 4.98 Communication 4.99 Location 4.99 Location 4.99 Value 4.97. I’m not understanding how our overall rating remains a 4.95 no matter how many 5’s we receive. Any insight will be appreciated!
Only the overall rating counts, they do not average them.
The Overall is a separate rating which the guest gives.
The rating on your listing is an average of all the Overall ratings, not any other categories.
