I would expect some kind of subscription.
When you rent out your place, you take subscription on this service to monitor your place during the time of the rent.
So landlords can pay old mate to spy on these websites or just pressure the REIA to pressure airbnb to require proof of ownership of the property in order to list (council rate notice), which stayz already does. (I like how he charges extra to monitor stayz)
