New photo, listing temporarily unlisted

Has anyone ever come across this before? I uploaded a floorplan to my listing (which I’ve had for 8 months without issue) and then I was informed by someone that they couldn’t see my listing. After some extensive searches, and not being able to find it myself, I finally decided to get in contact with airbnb for them to tell me my floorplan photo was under review and as such my listing was unlisted until it had been reviewed. She said it was normal protocol for any website to review photos before publishing which I totally get but not sure it is normal protocol to remove the whole listing? Anyone had similar?

Hello, we had a similar issue when we uploaded a photo with text on top (we made a slide with “new!” “free wifi”) - and the listing was suspended automatically. this despite the fact that many other listings (including our own on another account) have text.
this is apparently an antifraud measure. some scammers try to put phone numbers or email addresses on the photos to try to trick guests to transfer money to their account.
verify your airbnb account (going through the steps, including uploading photo ID etc) then try again.
