New listing with Superhost status?

As with many Airbnb hosts, we also use Airbnb for when we travel. I’m in process of booking a number of different places in various cities for a trip we are taking in February. I’ve come across a number of “new” listings that have maybe one or two reviews and Superhost status. How do they achieve Superhost when just a new listing?

Because they have other listings that do have reviews.

I received my SH badge when I only had 6-7 reviews…never understood why.

It’s true I had accumulated tons of reviews but they were on other platforms and as far as I can recall, I didn’t inform Air about them.

Hosted at least 10 trips

Received a 5-star review at least 80% of the time you’ve been reviewed, as long as at least half of the guests who stayed with you left a review

I believe @anon67190644 is correct.

I was already a SuperHost and that designation displayed on the listing when I added a property.
