I think that it’s good that AirBnB has introduced this feature. It does make me wonder however if we should change our cancellation policy from Flexible to Moderate.
It will certainly be a temptation for guests to cancel their bookings made some time in advance with Flexible hosts if they can easily now do some ‘last minute’ browsing.
If a guest cancels frequently is there any penalty over time?
