We recently signed up for Airbnb and have a few questions for Dallas Host.

  1. Is there any City of Dallas Fees, Permits or Taxes we have to pay?
    2.How quickly did you get people renting your place?
  2. If there other ways to market your property to drive them to book on Airbnb?

I have the same questions as you. From what I’ve found so far there are not city ordinances or short term rentals. Have you started renting on Airbnb? How’s it going?

Afternoon - we’ve been toying with the idea of becoming in-residence hosts - have you guys started? we’re located in Far North Dallas. Were there any fees, taxes, permits needed?
