New Host Needs Advise for Listings

Hi,

Was not sure where to post this but I am a new host with a question. I have a villa with a self-contained annex on the same site, both listed on airbnb, and in the summer I want to prioritise renting out the villa but I want to give people the annex as an add-on option if their party size is greater than the capacity of the villa. During the summer I want to rent out only the house and not the annex but have the annex available for those who need it in addition. I’ve linked the calendars and blocked off the annex for the summer months which solves that but is there a way to make it so that when someone is viewing the listing for the villa they can see the annex as an option when putting in the number of guests i.e. if guest number exceeds villa capacity but is within villa + annex capacity they have the option to take both? Otherwise I don’t know how to offer the villa + annex because I can only set prices for them separately. I’ve tried and failed to do this on another listing website but read that airbnb is better at syncing up listings. Any help would be appreciated

You have made a 3rd listing with house+ annex and linked the calendar?

No, is this what I need to do? Won’t this mean that when people are searching they find 3 different properties? That could be confusing

Not if they put the correct number of guests.
I have a duplex with 3 listings.
Both sides and the whole.
It only appears when there are 8 guests or more
