New bill in DC - does it limit the number of room hosts can rent out in their primary home?

You are probably disappointed with the new bills passed yesterday in DC -:frowning: What a step-back!

I have a question and don’t seem to be able to find the answer online. Does the bill limit the number of rooms in their primary house DC hosts can rent out on airbnb?
