Yep, that is in the T and C’s - you cancelled, its gone, single use only. Can’t even partially use it - all or nothing!

I’m a little surprised that these have not had a blanket extension given the difficulty traveling. Before I retired I had a job where I often listened to complaints. The phrase “document your unhappiness” would have thrown fuel on a few fiery conversations.

I thought they did a 6 month extension for everyone. Mine was extended by 6 months. They sent an email out about it and everything.

I finally got my SH bonus. They gave it to me in US dollars, and that was handy. I booked a new listing for 6 months down the road. The new listing turned out to be a million dollar home. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it, we would have lost this opportunity. But that’s the key. Don’t let them forget.

I missed one of mine and I sent Airbnb a funny begging letter about the evils of forgetfulness when you’re growing old (I’m not proud where free money is involved) They reinstated it as they said they enjoyed my request so much!

It’s worth a try!
