Well, that seems to have worked - thanks. But it has also made a lot of other changes that I am still exploring.

Yes you are allowed to start a new topic. But you didn’t start a new topic, you started a new thread on a topic that already existed. When we have two or more threads on the same topic the comments get split up and it’s confusing. No one wants to read two concurrent threads on the same subject.
I moved your post to the thread that already existed. If you log onto the forum and read the thread you will see it there. Furthermore, if you read the thread you will see suggestions to fix this have been posted. You might want to check and see if they work for you.
