Does anyone know if we can generate our own Monthly Host Reports? We got our first one by email July 2nd, but nothing yet for August.

I’m not sure I know what you mean. I’ve never had one.
@Geddy3 - we got this awesome email from Airbnb summarizing our Total Earnings, % Response Rate and % of 5-star reviews, and it had a pretty box that showed what Air must have considered our best review for July.
I’m just a caretaker and split profits with the owners, who rarely go on-line. It was fabulous just to be able to forward the Monthly Host Report to them so that they could gleefully count all their earnings as they traipse across the globe!
My guess is it’ll be out tomorrow.
