Hi all. I recently got an email from HomeAway saying my state is working on legislation to open up STRs and limit local governments prohibiting them. Is anyone familiar with legalese or have similar measures in their states? I don’t want to call my representatives until I know this is actually to my benefit, but it looks good to me. Thanks!
