I don’t know if it’s of much importance but I just noticed the following: I sent a guest a first message, shortly followed by a second one, and AirBnB visually melted them together in one single message. I think this is new, although I don’t exclude just never having noticed this before

Anyway if you’ve got good structure in your messages, be aware that AirBnB is now slightly ruining this for you. On the other hand, if you have guests, like we sometimes do, who send 3 separate messages to answer 3 short questions, you might enjoy this new way of doing things in the message center.
