Massachusetts hosts - here are the latest guidelines for the lodging industry. They are quite hotel oriented, but STRs are mentioned. There are printable PDFs at the bottom of the publication. Note that we are required to inform guests at the time of reservation of the self-quaranting guideline. Out of state guests must be informed of the 14 day self-quarantine guideline at the time of reservation. However, for those reserving months in advance, we don’t know when the self-quarantine recommendation will end. Tricky.
