Luxembourg seeks EU solution to Airbnb problem
I had a couple of nice guests from Luxembourg last summer. Neither of them lived there; one was working in Cologne, the other in France.
Regulation is becoming more common in cities and countries. Don´t know why Luxembourg wants to get guidance from EU. They can do it themselves. 3% tax is pretty pretty good as it is.
Im from EU country and it is 22% tax and maximum 90days per year. Pretty bad.
