Looking for suggestions to make brides stay special

I have a bride and bridesmaids getting ready and staying one night and then the bride and her husband staying the next night.
I would like to do something nice for their stay and looking for suggestions. Thanks!

Ha! I read your title and thought, “You can’t make brides stay special. They are only special that one day…”

But, oh, I see!
Serious answer then:
There is a wedding destination with accommodations down the road from me, and I see from the pictures they have a bouquet of flowers from the next-door flower farm and a bottle of wine from the local winery on the table. Something like that maybe? Go local?

Lol. The title does look a bit silly now that I read it back.
Flowers are a great idea!
Thank you

Box of nice chocolates could work, too. And a pretty card wishing her congratulations.

Bottle of champagne, chocolate coated strawberries and mini cupcakes with silver and gold sprinkles.

Just pray they don’t use glitter- you’ll be vacuuming it up for a year. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I have pre-printed tent cards – Congratulations, Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, etc. – that I put on the desk with a split of bubbly in the ice bucket or a gift tote with some local goodies.
Sometimes the guests take the tent cards as a memento so I’ve printed them up several times.

What a difference an apostrophe makes…

Sorry. Great suggestions above. I’d go for a bottle of sparkling wine, plus a bottle of alcohol-free sparkling wine for the time that the bride and bridesmaid are getting ready. Make that into an occasion.

just hope the bridesmaids leave the house in decent condition with no burns from curling irons, and black mascara everywhere, plus the enormous house use of getting ready for the wedding. I charge them extra, instead of trying to make it “special”. They create their own special. I just hold my breath.

usually no glitter on wedding day. They don’t want it on the gowns either. Plenty of other muck though.

That’s a really good point. A big pile of cheap washcloths that you don’t mind having to relegate to the rag bag afterwards, with instructions not to use the nice towels, might be in order.

I had a spray tan portable booth set up on my deck! Orange stain on the timber, orange towels and sheets and the shroud of Turin on the pillow cases!
Now the rule is, if you are being fake tanned, bring your own towels and the sheets are from the about to die pile

Curious, do you have an additional “honeymooner package” or did the guests pay anything extra/above a normal booking?

No, just trying to put a smile on someone’s face. Adding to the happiness of their big day.
I don’t plan on spending hundreds of dollars, just a thoughtful gesture.

And that thoughtful gesture will not only bring a smile to the bride’s face but you’ll also get a five star review. It’s a win win!

Snacks, snacks, and snacks!!! Maybe crackers, cheese and grapes
