I am in search of pillow protectors that are waterproof, bedbug proof, and pleasant to sleep on (not hard or noisy. Any suggestions?

Last time I bought pillow protectors I just got these

I didn’t feel that I need waterproof or bedbug proof protectors.

I’ve bought these twice and had no complaints. Still, compared to the ones above there is something about their feel that I don’t love and they aren’t even waterproof.
