Locked out of host account

None of our email addresses work. We wouldn’t have used any others. Air bnb won’t help us because we can’t confirm it, even though we can confirm everything else. We can’t accept bookings! Can anyone help?

Is your listing still visible in the search? If yes, someone may have highjacked your account. Also Airbnb can verify with phone number and linked bank accounts. Call Customer Service and ask for it to be escalated to a supervisor.


Thanks Anne. We are still listed. We had an online chat with them and they advised that they wouldn’t be able to verify us over the phone without us confirming the email address, even with all the other information!

So we’ve had to start over again with a new advert.
