Hello, I am hosting a private room in my condo. However over the summer our nightly rate goes up substantially especially in July for the Calgary stampede.
I’m considering moving out of the condo and renting it over the summer as a full unit. I’m not worried about the logistics but given the Airbnb listing limitations thoughts on how I would do this and still be booked out?
Perhaps create 2 Listings… One for the room and one for the Appartment. Block the room over the summer and the block the apartment out of the summer. Not sure if that will work, but seems to make sense.
