Just reviewed a guest and noticed that our listing is missing the stars and review count that normally appears next to the price above the date selector. And down above the “map” it says “No reviews yet” even though we have 101 and I can see those in my management panel.
Anyone else got this going on?
Where are you seeing this? What do you mean “next to the price above the date selector”? Can you post a screenshot? My stuff still shows correctly on my “preview listing” page.
Were you hosting back a few years ago when one day all hosts’ stats appeared as 0? That was a cute freak-out for everyone. As I recall, that glitch happened exactly around the same time as now- when a new Superhost assessment period started.
Uh, so I went to go grab a snapshot. Guess what? It’s back to normal.
I was not on the platform yet (started Jan 2022) But I got the email yesterday from ABB stating we got SH again. Go to my profile and under the SH tab, it’s still saying " We’re assessing your Superhost status."
All their programmers are high.
To show you what I was referring to though, here’s the screenshot I was gonna post. The circled part was simply not there.
Another weird thing… See it says 100? On my management page there are 101. (?)

Yes, my transactions page always says “Processing” for a week after the payment actually appeared in my bank account.
And currently my Superhost stats say that I had 9 stays in the past year, when in fact I had 10, the last guest having checked out on March 31st. I should be eligible to regain my Superhost status this quarter (which I only lost a year ago because of closing my homeshare to bookings due to Covid) , but not if they go by that incorrect stays number.
It was a glitch. I’m looking to book an Airbnb and when I went to look again in the town I’m keeping an eye on I noticed there were no reviews or stars showing on the results or the individual listings. I was about to pop a gasket.
I also had another glitch when I tried to see about booking a particular listing I’ve bookmarked. But then I got distracted and went away from it and came back and reloaded and the reviews were back.
Hopefully it’s one of their many glitches and not a beta test of some dumbass idea they have. I was able to grab a screenshot:
So I just got the email saying I got my Superhost badge and that I had 10 stays. But my Superhost page in my hosting pages still says 9 stays.
