Yes not allowed except for porch light fixtures/fans. Hanging plants are taboo too. In general decorative lighting is not allowed (except ceiling fans). In 6 years, I’ve replaced 2 outdoor fans after hurricanes partially ripped them off the building.
I think ceiling fans are exceptions because they are needed to make porches usable in the heat of June & july & August
We provide Roku and sound bar. Lately, we have guests who do not sightsee, just stay in the apartment. A total surprise to me!
Fully agreed, if you don’t offer cable (we don’t) be sure to put it in the listing description as well as not marking the feature. It helps avoid any unhappy customers if it is clear upfront that you don’t have cable. We do offer Netflix, amazon streaming, and a huge collection of 90’s to 2000’a dvd so guests are not without entertainment
