I know of NY hosts who have created multiple accounts trying to avoid the new law. I don’t know how they found out… but

Good. I support the efforts of Linda Rosenthal and Eric Schniederman to curb Airbnb in NYC and maintain affordable housing stock for working families.

I would support it more if they were simultaneously building more affordable housing/ protecting rent controlled apartments.
But yeah, I don’t want actually housing stock being used for tourists.
