Yesterday I received this identical message from the same person.
I noticed the same issues: photo that looks publicity, client not verified.
Strange to have problems with Airbnb messaging, he requests 17 nights, then 10 nights, then he asks the price for a week…:), he wants to have direct contact and writes his email.
Can Airbnb do something and ban this person?

I have had the identical enquiry. It looks like a scam and Airbnb have shut the “Alexander Petersen” account down about five minutes ago.
This is a also a red flag. Don’t negotiate the price.
