Yes. Base price for one/two people and additional for up to four more, maximum of six.

No. I suppose I run the risk of a single person messing up all four beds, but I think the likelihood of that happening is pretty slim. When you book my listing you get the entire place.
I love singles/couples, for me they have been a lot less work on turnover than larger groups. I originally had base price at four + charges for up to two more, but changed it when I realized how much I like the smaller groups.
