Is anyone else experiencing App glitches (again)?

This looks dismal, and it’s a lie. Are they monkeying around with the code again?

I’m always having app glitches it seems. The main thing is the lag between the time a message is sent or a booking comes in and the time I get notified on my phone. But the other day messages were missing on the app that I’d sent via desktop the night before.

Me too … no views and no bookings!

Honestly there are so many problems it’s a full time job keeping on top of it!
My blocked dates I’m getting requests for!!??

But at least they finally broke it good enough that I could finish my guidebook. You know, the one I started writing in December and haven’t been able to finish without the app crashing on me since? I finally got it to cooperate. :smiley:

And I have an 1800% response rate! But all 4 listings need to be worked on…

Oh I’d say theres a glitch alright… hahahhaah

@Snowdon you can chime in here.

Just had a thought. Obviously we can see the glitch in our end… but does it impact what the guests can see?

I’ve just found pretty much the same thing on the App, which I rarely use. I went onto my chrome book, only to find that my whole account/dashboard has disappeared. It flashes up for a few seconds, then zilch, nada.

Have called CS who tell me that I am not the only person with this issue; there ar hundreds of calls flooding in and it’s being looked into.

Earlier in the week I found my calendar blocked for ‘‘preparation time’’ on 14th/15th August. I don’t do prep time, nor was the relevant box ticked.

I checked through my listings in more detail than I have recently. I found that my suite of two bedrooms with private bathroom was ticked as shared bathroom in the drop down box, then that my second listing had it’s private shower room ticked as shared. By ‘‘shared’’, they go on to say shared with other guests or me. WTF!

So no wonder my bookings have fallen off a cliff in the last week. Thankfully I can send screen shots of all the glitches. The CS said she would discuss compensation with a supervisor, after noticing the level of views I’ve been getting but not bookings. I advised her to compare my bookings for this August with last year’s.

I don’t know, but it’s certainly having an effect on my bookings, so I’m assuming yes.

I do know from guests a couple of weeks ago, who are now staying with family nearby, that they were very surprised to find that they were not sharing the shower room with anyone, so they must have seen this. Even though the title is ‘‘Pretty Double + Private Shower Room’’.

Super ridiculous. I have 5☆ and ZERO cancellations. I am still getting bookings but still… I’d hate to have guests think way less of my suite. I’m gonna go incognito and investigate

Looks ok and as I would expect on the website and on the app.
