Is a LAN party considered as a party?

I want to invite guests to start a LAN party (cs 1.6, quake 3 arena, …). would airbnb ban me or any of the guests?

I wouldn’t call it a ‘party’ in any correspondence.

The test is whether the gathering creates a disturbance and whether it is an ‘open invite.’
