Egads. What a horrible Airbnb rental that was? Jeez, how are people choosing these places?

Anyway, that provides valuable insight into how a company like Airbnb could eventually produce reports for all of their hosts and guests and identify abusive behavior quickly. More than 1 request for full refund? Flag. More than one resolution request over xx per year? Flag. More than one report of discrimination? Flag. “Any tool is a weapon if you hold it right.”
