Insights page gone?

Anyone know if it is moved or gone please…?

In the current version, I see Insights under ‘Menu’ on the home screen when logged into the website on my computer. On the phone app, I still see it at the bottom of the home screen.

Looking on phone now …. Not on my App….

On the web site I have it under “menu” and in the phone app under the hamburger “menu”. You don’t see it there?

They are messing around again. This morning I didn’t have my quick replies or my scheduled messages (the icons next to the field where you type your message were gone - both on Chrome desktop and on the iPhone App) and I didn’t have reservation details. All that was under the “reservation details” area was the guests’ profile pic and how many reviews they had.

I called ABB and let them know what was happening. It seems to be back now.

Does Airbnb have an overabundance of techies, that they have to find make-work projects for, redesigning our hosting pages every six months, so we have to waste time trying to find where they have moved things to and how many clicks they are hidden behind?

The dashboard was so straightforward and easy to use when I started hosting back in 2016. Now it’s just a cluttered mess of stuff, most of which I have zero use for.

You’d think they could be spending their time fixing some of their ongoing glitches, and making things more user-friendly, instead of “fixing” things which aren’t broken.

Speaking of glitches, I just accepted a request from a guest who has had a major glitch on her account. I feel bad for her. She had no reviews, and it says she joined in 2022 and has “No Trips”. But she said in her profile info that she had lots of reviews that have all disappeared. She told me in messages that she has actually had an Airbnb account since its inception, has had lots of trips, and had lots of reviews, and suddenly all her past history with Airbnb disappeared and it says she joined in 2022 instead of 2008. She has been dealing with CS, who can’t seem to retrieve any of her past history or solve the mystery.

I have zero reason to doubt her story- she’s a middle-aged woman with a clear profile photo who communicates just fine, offered to provide references if I want, and even asked if there is anything I’d like her to bring me from the US.
