India - Is Airbnb paying the tax to hosts?

Hi,

This is for hosts in India who have their own GST number and have updated it in Airbnb.

  1. Is Airbnb passing on the GST money to the host for bookings(since the host has to pay the tax when income exceeds 20 lakhs)?
  2. At what frequency is the tax being transferred? Is it part of the payout when the guest checks-in?

Do let me know as I need to update my listing with GST?
